Recipe: Blue Cheese Buffalo Chicken


I know this is a step outside the beauty and fashion world but I felt like posting a recipe! Its something that I have mastered and been making for about 3 years. Can't remember where I saw it ( wasn't pinterest).

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts
1 Package Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 Bottle Franks Buffalo Sauce
Butter
Pepper
Salt 
Any seasoning you want to season chicken

Sauce:
1 Tablespoon Butter
3 Tablespoons Blue Cheese
1 Cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
The sauce is optional I use the butter and blue cheese to tone down the heat from the franks you can just pour straight Franks sauce over chicken if you wish



Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 mins




Season chicken to your liking. I use garlic salt, pepper, and Lawry's


First you want to butterfly the chicken and create a pocket


Next pouring 3/4 of the blue cheese into a separate dish ( you'll be digging your hands in this after you've touched the chicken) Stuff the chicken with desired amount of blue cheese


Heat pan with oil on medium heat and sear chicken about 3-5 mins on each side



meanwhile make your sauce and preheat oven to 350 degrees




Pour all ingredients in a pan and simmer until butter melts






Once chicken is seared coat bottom of a pan with sauce 









Add chicken and pour remaining sauce over chicken 


Bake for 35-40 mins on 375
